How Do I Check My Spectranet Data Balance

You can easily check how much data you have left on your Spectranet account. To do this, simply visit the self-care portal and log in to your account with your user ID and password. Once you are logged in, scroll down on your dashboard till you get to the bottom of the page. There you will find your data balance as well as any bonus data that you have.

How Do I Login to My Spectranet Account

Here is all you need to know about Spectranet Login. You can log in to your Spectranet account using this link https://selfcare.spectranet.com.ng/. You will be taken to a page where you will enter your User ID and password. At the point of purchasing your Spectranet device, you will be given a user ID and password. Make sure you change the temporary password to one that you can easily remember. If you forget the password again, you can always retrieve it.

Spectranet Self Care

Spectranet has a self-care portal where subscribers can manage their account. The portal can be accessed through here. The portal is free to access so far you are connected to the Spectranet network. This means that even without an active subscription, you can still use the self-care portal. On the portal, you can renew your subscription, check data balance, expiry date, monitor data usage and much more.

How to Pay for Spectranet Data Plans

Payment for Spectranet data plans can be made through 4 means.
In-Person: To pay in person, you must visit a Spectranet office/outlet.


Online: To make payment online, you must log in to your Spectranet account through the self-care portal. Your username and password are required to log in. Once you are logged in successfully, you will be prompted through the payment process. Online payment can also be made through the website and mobile app of some banks. Participating banks include Access Bank, First Bank, UBA, GTB, Zenith Bank, Union Bank, Polaris, FCMB, Sterling Bank, Wema Bank, and Stanbic IBTC bank.

Some payment processing platforms such as jumiapay, quickteller, Paga, and Interswitch allow payments for Spectranet data plans on their platforms. After completing payment online through these banks and platforms, send a screenshot of the transaction details to care@spectranet.com.ng. Remember to include your user ID in the mail for faster payment verification.

Recharge Vouchers: You can top up your Spectranet account using vouchers. Vouchers are available at Spectranet outlets. To load the voucher, you must log in to your Spectranet account.
