Senator Akpabio Threatens to File Lawsuit Against Journalist.

The journalist and writer, David Hundeyin who has been instrumental in carrying out investigations following the demise of the jobseeker, Iniobong Umoren, has gotten a letter from Senator Akpabio’s lawyer.

David Hundeyin who has stopped at nothing that make sure no stone is left unturned in this case, and has been hosted on Arise TV to talk about the progress that’s being made in making sure the culprit is brought to book, has posted copies of the letter which the senator sent to him through his lawyer.

In the lawsuit, Akpabio stated that all the claims linking him to Uduak Akpan and Kufre Effiong are false. He added that the properties to which he announced belongs to him and his wife, where ilicit activities like sales of human body parts are carried out, aren’t theirs.
He also added that he demands that David retracts his statements within fourteen days after receiving the letter or he would be forced to take up a lawsuit against him and every other persons involved.

David Hundeyin has acknowledged the letter and asked the senator to feel free to sue him.
