With the impending second wave of the ravaging coronavirus, the government has been putting several measures in place to see that the spread of the virus is contained.
Despite the measures that have been put in place, the virus still spreads. This is because people have refused to use their masks and stay away from crowded places.

The government has threatened to go on a fresh lockdown if Nigerians fail to wear their masks and stay safe, but cannot afford to keep Nigerians at home again, even with the terrible economy.
Having that Lagos are Abuja have the most Covid-19 cases, the government has decided to put a measure in place in order to reduce the spread of the virus.
They have announced that defaulters of Covid-19 protocols in Abuja would be arrested and made to face a jail term of six months.
Anyone caught not wearing a facemask would be arrested and made to face this jail term or pay a fine.
